When you submit a specialist application or join the homeowner waitlist, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, location, trade category, portfolio links, notes, and any credential information where applicable). We may also collect basic analytics about your visit (pages viewed, referring source).
How we use it
- Review specialist applications and communicate approval status.
- Notify waitlist members when their area opens up.
- Improve the platform (feature prioritization, trade coverage, market rollout).
- Respond to support inquiries.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Specialist and homeowner contact occurs only inside the platform once messaging is enabled. Approved specialists’ profile information will be publicly visible on the platform by design — that is the product.
Data retention
We retain applications and waitlist submissions until your account or submission is deleted, or while required by law. You can request deletion anytime by emailing admin@rentatradefl.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at admin@rentatradefl.com.
