Is it really free right now?
Yes. During our Florida launch, every approved pro gets the full Pro toolkit at no charge. We will give you plenty of notice before regular pricing ($99/mo) begins, and you can always stay on the Free plan.
Do homeowners pay anything?
No. Homeowners browse, message, and hire for free, always. There are no membership fees and no markups on your pros.
What is the 1% on payments?
Only if you collect payment from a customer through Rent a Trade. We add a flat 1% platform fee on top of standard card and ACH processing. It is optional — skip it and collect however you like.
Do I need the Pro plan to get leads?
No. Your public profile, search listing, leads, inquiries, jobs, and messaging are all on the Free plan. Pro adds the tools to quote, schedule, invoice, and get paid.
What is the annual discount?
Pay annually and get two months free — $990/yr instead of $1,188 billed monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month (or annual if you choose). Cancel whenever and your profile simply stays on the Free plan — you keep your listing, leads, and reviews.
